What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations are fully refundable up to the day before your trip. We understand that travel plans change. 

Please call or email and we’ll help. 

Can you explain your pricing?

We offer daily, weekly and monthly pricing options. We do our best to keep this convenient!

Our rental rate for 1 week is the same for 1-7 days and then the daily rate is added on the 8th day and on. 

For example, if a scooter is $250 per week / $30 for additional days and you wanted to rent it for 10 days the price is $340 + tax ($250 + $90 = $340).

Another example, if a scooter is $50 per day and you wanted to rent it for 3 days, the price is $150 + tax.

There is a minimum of $75 for delivery.

I placed an order online and I didn’t receive a confirmation. What should I do?

Please check your spam folder. Our system will automatically send an Order Summary to the email that you submitted online and could be in your spam folder. 

An additional update email will be sent within 48 hours of your original order with the status of your reservation.

If you don’t receive either of these emails, please give us a call at 808-466-8700.

Is delivery included? Where do you deliver?

Yes, our prices include delivery for orders $75 or more! How cool is that!

How fast can you deliver? How late?

We give priority delivery to our customers that book in advance. We have a team of reservation agents and drivers, we organize our delivery schedule and routes days ahead. If you need a same day delivery we will put the order into a slot that works for speedy and timely delivery. 

Can I pick up items for rent from your warehouse?

No. Our team is out doing deliveries. 

We are a delivery-oriented company. We don’t think you should spend your valuable vacation time hunting down hard-to-find locations. So we come to you!

Do you deliver to the airport?

Not at this time. Kona does not allow any rental companies to deliver to the airport. 

Do You Deliver to Resorts, Hotels, Condos or Personal Homes?

We deliver to all the above. It makes the delivery easy and reliable if we have all the correct info such as:

  • Correct Name of Property (There are Three Westin Resorts on Maui for Example)
  • Address of Property
  • Name Room or Unit is Under for When We Deliver Equipment
  • Access Code for Condos to Put Equipment in the Unit
  • Time of Arrival & Departure

Will my personal information be kept secure?

We take precautions to protect your information when you submit sensitive information via the website. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted. Our staff does not have access to encrypted sensitive information, protects all your data. 

If you prefer to call us with your payment info we will not keep this information.

I am having trouble picking my dates on your website, what should I do?

Try hitting Control+R to clear the cache. Sometimes that works. If you continue to have problems, please give us a call at 808-466-8700 or email 

What if my equipment breaks or is not what I expected?

Please call us or text 808-466-8700 between 8am 4pm Hawaii Time, and we’ll do our best to fix this asap.

Will my rentals be exactly what is shown in the picture on the website?

Not always. Models and colors will vary but the item will be of like kind and quality as the item pictured.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

For free delivery, the minimum order is $75.

When is your team available?

Every day from 8am- 4pm Hawaii Time for phone support. If you contact us outside of these times we will return emails and messages. 

If you would like to meet with a delivery driver, a meet & greet can be scheduled for delivery or pickup for $30.
